By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We may collect information automatically when you visit the Website, including information about your browser, device, IP address, referring website, pages visited, interactions with the Website, and similar technical or usage information.

When you request a Getaway Confetti travel certificate, we may collect:
- Your first name, if you choose to provide it;
- Your email address;
- Your marketing-consent preference; and
- Information you voluntarily provide through forms or communications with us.
Your email address is required to deliver the travel certificate and related information you requested. Providing your first name is optional.
How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Deliver a travel certificate or other resource you request;

If you separately consent to marketing, we may also send occasional giveaways, deals, tips, travel-related information, promotions, and other useful updates.
Email Marketing and Consent
Requesting a travel certificate does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.
Our certificate-request form includes a separate optional marketing-consent checkbox.
That checkbox is not pre-selected, and you may request your certificate without agreeing to receive marketing messages.
If you affirmatively consent to marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional messages necessary to deliver something you requested or respond to a communication from you.

These may include providers of:
- Website hosting and page-building services;

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or safety, prevent fraud, or enforce our policies.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
Travel Certificate Providers
Travel certificates offered through Getaway Confetti may be issued, administered, fulfilled, booked, or redeemed through independent third-party travel certificate providers, travel agencies, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or other travel businesses.
If you leave our Website to redeem a certificate or interact with a third-party provider, the information you provide to that third party is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and practices.

Getaway Confetti Terms & Conditions of Use
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are between you and Andrew P Delgado, doing business as Getaway Confetti (“Getaway Confetti,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your use of GetawayConfetti.com and its pages and subdomains (the “Website”), including information, forms, resources, travel certificate offers, and other materials made available through the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Privacy
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available on this Policies page.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or submit our forms.
Travel certificates and third-party providers may impose additional eligibility requirements.
For example, the currently offered 3-day, 2-night hotel certificate provides accommodations for two adults age 21 or older and may allow up to two children under 18.
You are responsible for reviewing and satisfying all requirements applicable to the certificate you choose to redeem.
Lawful Use
You may use this Website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Website to engage in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, infringement of intellectual-property rights, interference with Website operation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Complimentary Travel Certificates
Getaway Confetti may provide promotional travel certificates to Website visitors.
No purchase from Getaway Confetti is required to request the currently offered complimentary certificate.
A certificate is not the same as a completely free vacation.
Travel certificates may require the recipient to pay redemption charges, reservation or agency fees, room or booking fees, taxes, transportation expenses, meals, resort charges, peak-season charges, upgrades, or other travel-related expenses.
Specific terms vary by certificate and provider.
For the 3-day, 2-night hotel certificate currently promoted on the Website, the certificate terms presently state that a $15 certificate redemption fee, $25 agency fee, $12.12 per-night booking fee, applicable room taxes, and certain other charges or expenses are not included.
Weekend, holiday, or short-notice travel may incur additional fees. Certificate terms can change. The terms applicable at the time you redeem or book the certificate control.
Availability and Reservations
Travel dates, destinations, participating properties, and accommodations are subject to availability and may change.
The currently promoted certificate generally requires at least 60 days’ advance notice and generally provides standard arrival days Sunday through Thursday.
Additional charges may apply for weekends, holidays, or shorter-notice reservations.
Getaway Confetti does not guarantee that any particular hotel, destination, travel date, room, itinerary, or other travel arrangement will be available.
Third-Party Travel Providers
Getaway Confetti distributes promotional travel certificates but does not control the hotels, travel agencies, reservation services, certificate redemption services, transportation providers, resorts, or other third parties involved in fulfilling travel.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Getaway Confetti is not the hotel, resort, travel agency, cruise line, airline, or travel-service provider.
Travel booking, redemption, availability, fees, accommodations, cancellations, changes, refunds, service quality, and other fulfillment matters may be governed by separate terms imposed by the applicable third-party provider.
You are responsible for reviewing those terms before redeeming or booking travel.
No Guarantee of Travel Experience
Photographs, destination names, illustrations, descriptions, and examples on the Website are intended to illustrate destinations or travel possibilities.
They do not guarantee a specific hotel, room, property, view, amenity, experience, itinerary, or outcome.
Getaway Confetti does not warrant that a travel experience will meet your individual expectations.
Travel Risks and Responsibilities
You are responsible for making your own travel decisions and for determining whether a destination, accommodation, transportation arrangement, or activity is appropriate for you.
You are also responsible for passports, identification, visas, insurance, transportation, health requirements, safety precautions, taxes, fees, gratuities, incidental expenses, and any other requirements or expenses applicable to your trip.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Website text, branding, graphics, design elements, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Getaway Confetti and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access Website content for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our Website content without written permission.
Third-party trademarks, destination names, hotel names, travel brands, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Links and Resources
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services.
A link does not necessarily mean that Getaway Confetti owns, controls, sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with that third party.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, policies, content, products, services, or conduct of third-party websites or providers.
Your use of a third-party service is at your own discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.
Changes to Offers and Website
Travel certificate programs, destinations, providers, fees, terms, availability, and Website content may change or be discontinued.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue Website content or promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.
No Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to present information accurately, but the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or complete.
We also cannot guarantee information controlled by third-party travel or certificate providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Getaway Confetti and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or a third-party travel certificate or service.
Getaway Confetti is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, availability, accommodations, charges, policies, or services of independent travel providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Getaway Confetti and Andrew P Delgado from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement and Changes
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing your use of this Website.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective when the revised Terms are posted to the Website.
Continued use of the Website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or use of the Website shall be brought in an appropriate court having jurisdiction in Nacogdoches County, Texas, unless the parties agree to another lawful method of dispute resolution.
